iZotope's Neutron Mixing Plugin
The prospect of iZotope's new plugin is both scary and awesome at the same time. A plugin that promises to actively listen to a source, automatically mix it for you, and then mix all other sources in your track in relation to each other to create the finished article. Pretty crazy right? There's an argument to be had here about taking the art out of mixing and allowing music making to be completely automated... However, like most of iZotope's software it's aimed at taking the fuss and mystique out of music production for us mere mortals, in order to allow more time and effort to be spent on the music making process.
